"Yoga is a powerful vehicle for change.  As you build strength you start to believe in your own potential" Growing up in an athletic driven family, I struggled with what "my sport" would be till I came to my first yoga class 14 years ago.  Ever since that first sweat drop and twist I have been in love with all aspects of yoga.  Yoga for me is my zen, my retreat.  I can find energy, serenity, and most importantly me on my mat.  After many classes and 3 kids later I decided to become certified to teach in 2008 through CorePower and have been teaching ever since.  I am also a certified Rolfer, Paddleboard Yoga instructor, and Mobility coach and spend my spare time at Crossfit, training for some type of race, baking anything chocolate, traveling far and wide, and of course driving to and from 1,000 kid events through the week.  In my classes I love to flow, to challenge and empower yogis in their practice, and to play some great music!
