Get out of your head, and into your body with this one hour vinyasa yoga practice.  Built to bring awareness to all your senses, not just our sight, we will flow through our sequence developing our awareness to sounds, smell, and our minds thus finding the true pose and posture for our individual body, not by how we think it should look.  We will practice mindful transitioning, assessing alignment and get hands-on adjustments.
