Yin Yoga consists of longer held, mostly seated or lying poses that passively stress connective tissues of the body in order to unblock held energy and tightness, which brings more flexibility and freedom of movement. Yin Yoga also focuses on mindfulness, to help balance out our overactive minds. It’s the perfect compliment to your active lifestyle and is perfect for all levels and all abilities.
